It is with deep sadness that the Canadian Global Affairs Institute learned of the passing of a good friend and Fellow at the Institute, Paul Durand.

A diplomat and former Canadian ambassador, Paul contributed to CGAI in both voice and words.

The team at CGAI offers our deepest condolences, thoughts, and prayers to Mr. Durand’s family and friends, including his wife, Patricia Fortier, who is also a member of the Institute’s family of Fellows.
