Synopsis
This conference will be held one year since the Trudeau government released Canada’s defence policy, Strong, Secure, Engaged. The Canadian Global Affairs Institute will be a hosting a one-day conference in Ottawa to provide a status report on the implementation Canada’s new defence policy. The conference will concentrate on the proposed changes to the defence workforce, procurement ambition, new capabilities and evolving operational constructs outlined in Strong, Secure, Engaged.
