Jeffrey Phillips is Managing Director of Dawson Strategic, a consulting firm that specializes in evidence-based research in the areas of trade, transportation, and sustainability. Dawson Strategic's research mission is to help accelerate Canada's achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Jeff is a member of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade's Regional Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
Prior to joining Dawson Strategic, Jeff worked at Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) for four years, first as a Policy Analyst in the Energy Sector and later as Advisor in the Deputy Minister’s Office.
Jeff is passionate about wildlife and building a more sustainable world. He is at home in the outdoors, whether it is hiking, paddling, camping or mountain biking.
Jeffrey holds an M.A. Political Science from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management (Honours) from the Arthur Kroeger College at Carleton University.
