• Paul Meyer served as Canada’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the UN and the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva. He is a fellow in international security and adjunct Professor of International Studies at Simon Fraser University, and a Director of the Canadian Pugwash Group.
