Christian DesRoches, from Global Affairs Canada and Andrew McMaster opened the event by outlining the work the government of Canada does to address Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated Fishing. Then, Dr. Maiko Raita explains the legal framework defining IUU fishing and how to combat it.
