- Jean-Christophe Boucher is an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Policy and Department of Political Science at the University of Calgary a CGAI Fellow, and a director of research in civil-military relations at the Canadian Defence and Security Network
- Colleen Bell is an Assistant Professor at the University of Saskatchewan, specializing in theories of security and war and the boundary between military and civilian modes of intervention.
- Nik Nanos is the chief data scientist at Nanos Research, a global fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, Honorary Captain (Navy), a research professor at the State University of New York in Buffalo and the official pollster for The Globe and Mail.
