Participant Biographies:

• Andriy Shevchenko served as the Chief of the Party of the USAID-financed RADA Program prior to his diplomatic appointment to Canada. Mr. Shevchenko had accomplished an outstanding career in politics and media. He is also well known in Ukraine as a civil activist and a human rights defender. 
• Darius Skusevičius is Lithuania's ambassador to Canada since 2019. 
• Andrew Rasiulis is retired from the Public Service and is now a freelance consultant with Andrew Rasiulis Associates Inc.  

Host Biography:

• Colin Robertson is a former diplomat, and Vice President of the Canadian Global Affairs Institute.
