Founded in 2003, The George Washington
University Homeland Security Policy
Institute (HSPI) is a nonpartisan “think
and do” tank whose mission is to build

and practitioners at all levels of

Hudson Institute
Hudson Institute is an internationally
recognized public policy research
organization that forecasts trends and
develops solutions for governments,
businesses and the public. Founded in
1961 by the late Herman Kahn, the
Indianapolis-based not-for-profit
501(c)(3) organization has more than 70
researchers and employees at its eight
offices worldwide.

OAS
The Organization of American States. It
is the principal forum in the hemisphere
for dialogue on political, economic
and social issues in the Western
Hemisphere. Includes links to public
information, current issues and a list
of member states and observers.
RAND
The famous California institute that
conducts research into a wide variety of
issues and areas. Online research
briefs, papers and the "RAND Research
Review".

SIPRI
The Stockholm International Peace
Research Institute. A good site with a
searchable database into various
research areas: arms transfers, military
technology, etc. Allows access to online
publications and overviews of current
and past SIPRI Yearbooks.
Stimson Center
The Henry L. Stimson Center. An
excellent resource for everything from
Foreign Policy to Non-Proliferation.
Includes access to various on-line
projects currently underway.
