Panelist Biographies:

  • Ken Barker is a CGAI fellow and a Professor of Computer Science at the University of Calgary. He has served as the Dean of the Faculty of Science and as Head of Computer Science at the University of Calgary. He is also the President of the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS). 
  • Ellen Wald is the president of Transversal Consulting and an expert on energy and geopolitics. Dr. Wald is the author of “Saudi, Inc.” and a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Global Energy Center.
  • Chuong Dong is a third-year Computer Science student at Georgia Institute of Technology concentrating in Systems & Architecture and is a Reverse Engineering Intern for the cybersecurity firm FireEye.
