Dr. Radnejad is an entrepreneur, innovation consultant and scholar with more than a decade of experience in innovation strategies and sustainable energy development in Canada, United Kingdom and United State of America. Currently, Dr. Radnejad is an Associate Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Bissett School of Business, Mount Royal University (MRU), president of 1388 consulting. In the corporate landscape, he offers a spectrum of industry-specific consulting services, empowering senior managers and executives with valuable leadership and innovation management expertise. His commitment to bridging the gap between academia and the industry is underscored by his active roles on different boards, including his Vice President position for Membership Development and Industry Liaison at the Administrative Science Association of Canada. Dr. Radnejad's unyielding passion is geared towards steering positive change in the energy sector, envisioning a future powered by groundbreaking innovations and sustainable practices.

Prior to joining MRU, Dr. Radnejad was a business faculty member at State University of New York (SUNY) at Brockport and Susquehanna University in the USA. He has published research articles, conference proceedings and book chapters on Design Thinking, Open Innovation, Innovation Management, and Sustainable Energy Development. 

Bahman has a PhD in Strategy, Energy and Environmental Specialization, from University of Calgary, Masters in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from University of Manchester, and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from University of Tehran. He has also received Design Thinking certification from Harvard Business School Online.
